Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and with the rules of every broker, prop firm, and platform you use.

2. The Services

The Services may include trading education, community content, indicators, strategy access, and software that can automate orders on accounts you connect. Automation follows configured rules and does not make discretionary financial decisions for you. You choose whether to enable software, the accounts to connect, and the risk settings to use.

3. Membership and Conduct

You are responsible for your Whop, Discord, platform, and trading-account security and for all activity under those accounts. You may not share access, redistribute proprietary materials, harass community members, disrupt the Services, bypass access controls, or use the Services unlawfully.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Cancellation

• Products are purchased and memberships are managed through Whop.
• Sniper is offered as a recurring monthly product; Voltra is offered as invite-only lifetime access unless the checkout page states otherwise.
• Prices, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and any refund terms shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
• Manage recurring membership or billing questions through Whop's membership and support tools.

5. Software License

While you have valid access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable LFG Bot software for your own accounts. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, publish, or attempt to defeat licensing or security controls.

6. Third-Party Platforms

LFG Bot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, Tradovate, Whop, Discord, Apex, Topstep, any exchange, broker, or prop firm unless expressly stated. Those platforms can change rules, pricing, integrations, or availability. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, fees, fills, or decisions.

7. Automation and Account Responsibility

You must verify configuration, contract size, symbol mapping, account selection, buying power, and platform permissions before enabling automation. Keep appropriate risk controls in place and monitor connected accounts. Do not run strategies that may create prohibited hedging or violate prop-firm rules.

8. Performance and Risk

Trading futures and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all capital committed to trading.

Any win rates, risk/reward ratios, payout figures, trade examples, or other performance information may be historical, simulated, hypothetical, backtested, or user-reported. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect liquidity, latency, slippage, fees, outages, or changing market conditions. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY PLATFORM OR FIRM, OR PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LFG BOT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST ACCESS, OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, unauthorized distribution, security concerns, or to protect the Services and community. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
